We collect the minimum data needed to run the portal. When you submit a case report we store the details you provide and your evidence files. Your name and email are used only to contact you about your report and are never published. We do not sell personal data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention. Third-party advertising scripts, where present, may set their own cookies as described by those providers. You may request deletion of your submission data at any time via the contact page, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
